Preparation Steps

  3. Stir the cream of mushroom soup and cream of cheddar cheese soup into the cooled beef. Add cubed frozen potatoes, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
  4. Grease a 9x13 casserole dish. Pour the beef mixture into the dish, spreading evenly.
  5. Sprinkle ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the top, cover tightly with aluminum foil.
