- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13-inch baking pan by greasing it with butter or non-stick spray and lightly dusting it with flour.
- In a large bowl, mash 2-3 very ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add granulated sugar, sour cream, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Whisk until smooth.
