- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare baking sheets by lining them with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together 2 cups of flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and ½ teaspoon of salt.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat ¾ cup of softened butter, ¾ cup of brown sugar, and ½ cup of granulated sugar for about 3 minutes.
