- Preheat your grill to a steady 350°F.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté diced onions and minced garlic for 5–7 minutes until translucent.
- Mix bread pieces with milk in a bowl. Allow to sit for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, sautéed onions and garlic, milk-breadcrumb mixture, BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, steak rub, and kosher salt. Mix gently.
- Shape the mixture into a rectangular loaf about 2 inches thick and place on a grill-safe pan.
- Place the meatloaf on the grill on indirect heat and cook for approximately 30 minutes.
