Baking Instructions

  4. Add the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips gently, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
  7. Scoop dough onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving space for spreading. Do not flatten the dough balls.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes for large cookies and 8-9 minutes for small ones until golden around the edges and soft in the center.
  9. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
