- Brew ½ cup of strong espresso or coffee and let it cool to room temperature.
- In a mason jar or bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, chia seeds, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt. Stir thoroughly.
- Pour the cooled espresso over the oat mixture and add brown sugar. Mix well.
- Seal the jar or cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- In the morning, stir the oats and add ice, milk, or toppings as desired.
