- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8–10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, brown the ground beef for 5-7 minutes until cooked through. Drain excess grease.
- Add onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to beef, stirring for about 2 minutes to combine flavors.
- Lower heat to medium-low and stir in the Alfredo sauce. Simmer gently for 2-3 minutes to meld flavors.
- Add the drained pasta, cheddar, and mozzarella cheese to the skillet. Stir until everything is well combined and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat and top with crumbled bacon and diced pickles. Optionally add tomatoes or lettuce. Serve while warm.
