  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 1 cup Additional Cheese use any cheese of choice

Method
 

Preparation and Baking
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, shredded cheddar, milk, ketchup, onion, eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Transfer mixture to the greased dish, shaping it as a loaf or pressing evenly for casserole.
  4. Bake for about 45 minutes, checking for an internal temperature of 155°F-160°F.
  5. Once cooked, remove from oven and sprinkle with additional cheese, then bake for another 10-15 minutes until bubbly.
  6. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving with sides.
