- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan with vegan butter or oil.
- In a large bowl, mash 3 overripe bananas; stir in 1/3 cup melted vegan butter, 1/2 cup maple syrup, 1/4 cup almond milk, and 1 teaspoon vanilla until creamy.
- In another bowl, whisk together 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 2 teaspoons cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1.75 cups flour. Mix in 1/2 cup oats.
- Gently combine the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup melted vegan butter, 1/3 cup light brown sugar, and 2 tablespoons cinnamon to create the cinnamon swirl paste.
- Pour half of the banana bread batter into the loaf pan, drizzle with half of the cinnamon swirl mixture, and gently swirl with a knife. Repeat with the remaining batter and swirl.
- Bake for approximately 45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Rest for 10 minutes before cooling on a wire rack.
- Prepare cream cheese glaze by mixing 1 cup powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons melted vegan butter, and 1/4 cup softened vegan cream cheese until smooth. Drizzle over cool bread.
