- Combine 1 cup of rolled oats with 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl. Whisk together until blended.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 cup of milk, ½ cup of plain yogurt, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until everything is combined.
