  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 pound of ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
  2. Add 1 finely chopped onion and 3 minced garlic cloves to the skillet. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, and ½ teaspoon of smoked paprika. Cook for 1 minute.
