Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles in boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes until al dente, then drain and rinse with cold water.
  3. Melt butter in a saucepan, add chopped onions and minced garlic, and sauté for 2-3 minutes until tender and fragrant.
  4. Add flour to the sautéed mixture, stirring for about 2 minutes, then whisk in chicken broth and milk, cooking for 5-7 minutes until thickened.
  5. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, along with basil, oregano, and black pepper until melted.
  6. Layer ingredients in a baking dish, starting with noodles, followed by sauce, chicken, and spinach, repeating until all ingredients are used.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 35-40 minutes. Remove foil for the last 10 minutes for a golden finish.
  8. Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
