  • 1 cup Carrots Grated
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil Optional
Roll Ingredients
  • 12 sheets Spring roll wrappers
  • 1 cup Oil For frying

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, grated carrots, bean sprouts, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  2. Take a spring roll wrapper and place a tablespoon of the vegetable mixture at one end, folding in the sides and rolling tightly.
  3. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
Cooking
  1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Fry spring rolls in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes each side.
  3. Remove and drain on paper towels.
