  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch or arrowroot powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika or regular paprika/chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder or fresh minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder or finely minced onions
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper adjust to taste

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) or set your air fryer to the same temperature.
  2. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then chop them into ½-inch cubes.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, toss sweet potato cubes with olive oil, cornstarch, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
  4. Spread the seasoned sweet potato mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway for even cooking.
  6. Once golden and crispy, remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
