  • 1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chips Use vegan chocolate chips for a fully vegan dessert.
  • 1 pinch Salt Optional, based on dietary preference.

Method
 

Recipe Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (or select the roast setting on your air fryer).
  2. Wash sweet potatoes under cool running water and pat dry.
  3. Coat each potato lightly with olive oil.
  4. Place sweet potatoes directly on the oven rack or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 30-45 minutes, turning halfway.
  5. Once done, cool the sweet potatoes for about 10 minutes.
  6. Slice sweet potatoes in half lengthwise and fluff the insides with a fork.
  7. Add a spoonful of nut butter, followed by a sprinkle of pepitas and hemp seeds.
  8. Drizzle dark chocolate chips and a dash of cinnamon on top.
