- Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate the truffles for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt white chocolate using a double boiler or microwave.
- Dip each truffle in melted chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle crushed freeze-dried strawberries on top before the chocolate sets.
- Return to refrigerator to set for an additional 30 minutes.
