  • 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs or alternative cookies
For the Coating
  • 12 oz White Chocolate or use dark/milk chocolate
  • Freeze-Dried Strawberries optional garnish

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes.
  2. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in chopped fresh strawberries and graham cracker crumbs.
  4. Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Refrigerate the truffles for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. Melt white chocolate using a double boiler or microwave.
  7. Dip each truffle in melted chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
  8. Sprinkle crushed freeze-dried strawberries on top before the chocolate sets.
  9. Return to refrigerator to set for an additional 30 minutes.
