  • 2 medium Peaches Use ripe and firm peaches

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Burrata by allowing it to rest at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
  2. Whisk the Dressing by combining white balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Create the Salad Base by spreading fresh lettuce leaves and arugula across a serving platter.
  4. Arrange Peaches and Prosciutto by slicing ripe peaches and arranging them around the platter, then sprinkle prosciutto in between peach slices.
  5. Add Burrata to the Platter by gently tearing it into smaller pieces and placing them amongst the peaches and prosciutto.
  6. Garnish the Salad by scattering fresh basil leaves and chopped pistachios over the salad.
  7. Drizzle with Dressing before serving the salad to ensure fresh flavors.
