- Prepare the Burrata by allowing it to rest at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
- Whisk the Dressing by combining white balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
- Create the Salad Base by spreading fresh lettuce leaves and arugula across a serving platter.
- Arrange Peaches and Prosciutto by slicing ripe peaches and arranging them around the platter, then sprinkle prosciutto in between peach slices.
- Add Burrata to the Platter by gently tearing it into smaller pieces and placing them amongst the peaches and prosciutto.
