Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by washing and hulling the fresh strawberries. Cut them into small, bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gently fold in the sliced strawberries into the yogurt mixture.
  4. Fill silicone molds or an ice cube tray with the yogurt-strawberry mixture. Sprinkle with chopped nuts or granola if desired.
  5. Place the filled molds in the freezer and allow them to freeze for at least one hour, or until solid.
  6. Remove the bites from the molds and serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
