- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and lightly spray a large sheet pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Arrange halved baby potatoes on one side of the pan and place fresh green beans alongside. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic, thyme, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Layer quartered, sliced boneless ham on the other side of the pan and top each slice with drained pineapple rings.
- In a saucepan, combine honey, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and Dijon mustard. Stir over medium heat until simmering, cooking for about 3-5 minutes.
- Brush the ham and pineapple with the glaze, then bake for 25-30 minutes until potatoes are tender and ham is heated through.
