  • 1/2 cup Honey Maple syrup is a viable substitute.
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar Coconut sugar can substitute.
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar Lemon juice may serve as a substitute.
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard Yellow mustard can replace it.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and lightly spray a large sheet pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Arrange halved baby potatoes on one side of the pan and place fresh green beans alongside. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic, thyme, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Layer quartered, sliced boneless ham on the other side of the pan and top each slice with drained pineapple rings.
  4. In a saucepan, combine honey, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and Dijon mustard. Stir over medium heat until simmering, cooking for about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Brush the ham and pineapple with the glaze, then bake for 25-30 minutes until potatoes are tender and ham is heated through.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving straight from the pan.
