Ingredients
  

For the Pasta
  • 8 oz Rotini Pasta
For the Toppings
  • 6 oz Sliced Pepperoni can be substituted with turkey pepperoni
  • 8 oz Diced Mozzarella Cheese can substitute with provolone or dairy-free cheese
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes can replace with diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Sliced Black Olives green olives can be used as an alternative
  • 1 medium Diced Green Bell Pepper red or yellow bell peppers are also an option
  • 1/4 cup Finely Chopped Red Onion green onions can be used as a milder option
For the Dressing and Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Italian Dressing optional to use homemade or ranch dressing
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano Italian seasoning can also work

  • to taste Pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, sliced pepperoni, diced mozzarella, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced black olives, diced green bell pepper, and finely chopped red onion. Toss gently to mix.
  3. Drizzle the Italian dressing over the salad and toss again until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  4. Season with dried oregano, salt, and pepper to taste, folding gently to mix without bruising the vegetables.
  5. Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld.
  6. Before serving, toss the salad again and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve chilled.
