  3. Stir in melted butter until smooth, then add sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract, mixing thoroughly.
  4. Sprinkle in baking soda and salt, and fold gently into the banana mixture.
  5. Carefully fold in all-purpose flour until just combined, keeping the mixture slightly lumpy.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Tap to release air bubbles.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
