Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of starchy pasta water before draining.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat, then add the minced garlic and sauté for 60 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the wine and lemon juice, simmer for 2-3 minutes, then stir in parsley and red pepper flakes, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook the shrimp in a separate pan with olive oil over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
