- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.

- In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup and balsamic vinegar. Brush half over the shaped loaf.
