Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
  3. Transfer mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into a loaf approximately one inch thick.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup and balsamic vinegar. Brush half over the shaped loaf.
  5. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). The top should be golden.
  6. In the last five minutes of baking, apply the remaining sauce.
  7. Let the meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes before slicing, to redistribute juices.
  8. Slice and serve warm with your favorite sides.
