  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the muffin tin.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  3. Whisk in the egg, Greek yogurt, brown sugar, and maple syrup until combined.
  4. Sprinkle in the baking soda, salt, and cinnamon, and mix well.
  5. Gently fold in the whole wheat flour until just combined.
