  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese try mozzarella or pepper jack for a flavor change
  • ¼ cup green onions or chives
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder fresh minced garlic can enhance flavor
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika skip for a milder salad

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add macaroni and cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
