  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated) Optional
  • 1 tbsp Dried Italian Seasoning Customize as preferred
  • 1 tsp Paprika Smoked paprika for a twist
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper Adjust to taste
  • 1 cup Beef Broth Or water, use vegetable broth for lighter option
  • 1/2 cup Milk (optional) Heavy cream for richer texture
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley (optional garnish)

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add ground beef, and cook until browned.
  3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet, sautéing until translucent.
  4. Spread the beef mixture in the greased baking dish and layer thinly sliced potatoes over it.
  5. Season the potatoes with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika, then top with cheeses.
  6. Pour beef broth around the edges and drizzle with milk if using.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
  8. Let it sit for 5 minutes before garnishing with fresh parsley and serving.
