- Prepare Noodles: Boil the lasagna noodles in salted water for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and lay flat on a towel.
- Sauté Shrimp: Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet, add shrimp, and cook until pink. Set aside.
- Make Sauce: Add remaining butter, sauté onion and garlic, whisk in flour, then add milk until thickened.
- Combine Ingredients: Stir in ricotta, Parmesan, seasonings, then gently fold in cooked shrimp and crab.
- Assemble Lasagna: In a greased baking dish, layer sauce, noodles, more sauce, and mozzarella, repeating until all ingredients are used.
- Bake: Cover with foil and bake at 375°F for 30 minutes, uncover and bake for another 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Rest: Let the lasagna sit for 15 minutes before slicing into squares.
