Method
 

Making the Sauce
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, fresh lime juice, sriracha, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt. Refrigerate.
Preparing the Shrimp
  1. Pat shrimp dry with paper towels. Combine smoked paprika, garlic powder, oregano, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl, then toss evenly over the shrimp.
Cooking the Shrimp
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the seasoned shrimp for 2 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
Warming the Tortillas
  1. In a separate skillet, toast the tortillas for 30 seconds on each side until warm.
Assembling the Tacos
