- Preheat your oven to 350°F (176°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a stand mixer, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar for about 2 minutes until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Then add vanilla extract.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the milk, semisweet, and white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10 minutes, rotating halfway through. The edges should be set while the center is soft.
- Press additional chocolate chips on top of the warm cookies for extra indulgence.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 3-5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
