- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose baking mix and granular sugar until combined.
- Add half and half and melted salted butter to dry ingredients and stir until a soft dough forms.
- Gently fold in chopped strawberries and white chocolate chips without over-mixing.
- Using a medium cookie scoop, portion dough onto prepared baking sheets, spaced a couple of inches apart.
