Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

  3. Add half and half and melted salted butter to dry ingredients and stir until a soft dough forms.
  4. Gently fold in chopped strawberries and white chocolate chips without over-mixing.
  5. Using a medium cookie scoop, portion dough onto prepared baking sheets, spaced a couple of inches apart.
