Step-by-Step Instructions for Keto Stromboli Meatloaf
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a meatloaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken and all the meatloaf ingredients until well-blended.
  3. Spread the seasoned chicken mixture into a rectangle on parchment paper.
  4. Layer turkey pepperoni, mozzarella, and basil over the chicken mixture.
  5. Roll the chicken mixture tightly from one end using the parchment paper.
  6. Place the rolled meatloaf seam-side down in the pan and press down gently.
  7. Pour Rao’s marinara sauce over the meatloaf and spread evenly.
  8. Bake for approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  9. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
