  2. Marinate Chicken: Place chicken thighs in a bowl or resealable bag, pour the marinade over, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to 4 hours.
  3. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare your baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Arrange Chicken: Lay marinated chicken thighs skin-side up on the baking sheet, leaving space between each.
