- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and Italian sausage, cooking until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in diced onion and minced garlic; sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Mix in crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, and tomato paste. Season with salt, black pepper, dried basil, and oregano.
- Simmer the sauce for 25-30 minutes until it thickens.
- In a separate pot, bring water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt, then cook lasagna noodles until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
- Drain noodles and arrange them on parchment paper to prevent sticking.
