  5. Grease a 2-3 quart baking dish and spoon sweet potato mixture into dish.
  6. Combine flour, brown sugar, and chopped pecans in a bowl and mix in cold butter until crumbly.
  7. Sprinkle topping over sweet potato layer. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes.
  8. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet, add additional pecans and toast for 2-3 minutes.
