Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until evenly combined.

  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.

  6. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 24-36 hours.

  8. Scoop and roll large tablespoons of dough into balls and place them on the prepared baking sheets.
