Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, blend the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and creamy.
  4. Mix in the peanut butter, followed by the eggs and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
  5. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, mixing on low speed until just combined.
  6. Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chunks gently, reserving some for sprinkling on top.
