  2. Combine the ground meat, salsa, crushed Doritos, taco seasoning, cumin, diced onions, garlic powder, shredded cheese, and eggs in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.
  3. Layer half of the meat mixture into the loaf pan, sprinkle cheese, and then top with the remaining meat mixture.
  4. Brush taco sauce or salsa on top of the meatloaf and spread evenly.
