- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) with a muffin tin placed inside for perfect puffiness.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
- Carefully remove the hot muffin tin from the oven and add about ½ tablespoon of butter to each cup.
- Pour the prepared batter into each muffin cup, filling them about ¾ full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
- Serve immediately fresh from the oven with your favorite toppings.
