Baking Instructions

  5. Mix in the sweet potato puree until blended.

  7. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for approximately 70 minutes.
  8. Let the cake cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before inverting onto a platter.
  9. Prepare the brown butter glaze by melting butter until golden brown, then stir in brown sugar and milk.
  10. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cake before serving.
