Method
 

Preparation Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium skillet, brown 1 pound of lean ground beef over medium heat for 6-8 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine browned beef, frozen cubed potatoes, cream of celery soup, cream of cheddar soup, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Stir in salt and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish and spread evenly.
  5. Top with 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let the casserole cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
