Method
 

Cooking Instructions

  2. Rinse and trim the ends off the fresh green beans. In a mixing bowl, toss the green beans with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the green beans on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Sprinkle freshly grated parmesan cheese over the green beans.
  5. Roast the green beans in the preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes, until browned and fork-tender.
  6. Remove from the oven and squeeze fresh lemon juice over them. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
