Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by spraying a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  2. Place half of the cubed French bread evenly in the prepared dish. Sprinkle half of the chopped peaches and dollops of cream cheese on top.
  3. Repeat this layering process with the remaining bread, peaches, and cream cheese.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon until fully combined.
  5. Pour the mixture evenly over the layered ingredients in your baking dish.
  6. Cover the dish with plastic wrap or aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight.
  7. Combine flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl. Add cold butter pieces and mix until coarse crumbs form.
