Step-By-Step Instructions
  1. Combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, maple syrup, dark chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly until a sticky dough forms, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the dough, rolling them between your palms to form smooth balls, about 1 inch in diameter. This should take 10-15 minutes.
  3. Line a tray or baking sheet with wax or parchment paper and arrange the balls with space between each.
  4. Chill the tray of formed balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm them up.
