Preparation
- Start by rinsing your sweet, seedless grapes thoroughly under cool running water to remove any dirt. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.
- Set the clean grapes in a bowl and scoop Greek yogurt into another mixing bowl.
Mixing
- Drizzle honey or maple syrup into the yogurt and stir until well combined and smooth.
Dipping
- Dip each grape into the yogurt mixture, ensuring it's fully coated. Use a fork to lift the grape out and let excess drip off.
- Place the coated grapes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Toppings
- Sprinkle granola or coconut flakes over the yogurt-coated grapes if desired.
Freezing
- Slide the baking sheet into the freezer and allow them to freeze for about 2-3 hours, or until the yogurt has hardened.
Serving
- Remove the Frozen Grape & Yogurt Bites from the parchment paper and serve immediately, or store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes
Make sure grapes are dry before dipping to prevent cracking during freezing. Double coating is an option for thicker yogurt. Supervise children when serving to avoid choking hazards.
