Method
 

Make Strawberry Yogurt Bites
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of plain yogurt, 1 cup of chopped fresh strawberries, 2 tablespoons of honey, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.
  2. Spoon the yogurt mixture into ice cube trays or silicone molds, filling each compartment evenly.
  3. Place the filled trays in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 2 to 4 hours.
  4. Once frozen, gently remove the bites from the molds and store them in an airtight container.
  5. Allow the bites to sit for a minute before serving to enhance the creamy texture.
