Step-by-Step Instructions for Jamie Oliver Turkey Meatloaf
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C) and prepare a 9x13-inch baking pan lined with greased aluminum foil.
  2. Sauté finely chopped onion in oil for about 5 minutes until soft. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute, then add chopped mushrooms, salt, and pepper.
  3. After slightly cooling, mix the mushroom mixture with Worcestershire sauce and 3 tablespoons of ketchup.
  4. Soak panko breadcrumbs in milk for about 5 minutes, then mix into cooled mushroom mix along with beaten eggs and ground turkey.
