  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch mix with water to create a slurry

Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and ginger until well blended.
  2. Place chicken thighs in the bottom of the crock pot and pour the sauce mixture over, ensuring every piece is coated.
  3. Cover the crock pot and set it to cook on low for 3-4 hours, checking at 3 hours for tenderness.
  4. Mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry, then stir it into the sauce 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions over the top before serving.
