Preparation Steps
- Begin by gathering your ingredients. Cut the beef stew meat into bite-sized cubes if necessary, and wash and cube the medium potatoes into uniform pieces. Place the prepared beef and potatoes into your slow cooker.
- In a medium saucepan, melt half a cup of unsalted butter over medium heat. Add four minced garlic cloves and sauté for about one minute until fragrant and golden. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
- Once the garlic is nicely sautéed, stir in one tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce along with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well until everything is combined.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture over the beef and potatoes in the slow cooker. Use a wooden spoon to gently stir until the beef and potatoes are well coated in the savory sauce.
- Cover the slow cooker with its lid and set it to cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
- When your cooking time is complete, check that the beef is fork-tender. Ladle the Garlic Butter Beef Bites into bowls and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
