  • 4 medium Potatoes Cubed
Flavorful Sauce
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted Butter Adds richness
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce Adds umami flavor
  • Salt To taste
  • Pepper To taste
Finishing Touches
  • Fresh Parsley For garnish

Equipment

  • Slow Cooker
  • Medium Saucepan

Method

Preparation Steps
  1. Begin by gathering your ingredients. Cut the beef stew meat into bite-sized cubes if necessary, and wash and cube the medium potatoes into uniform pieces. Place the prepared beef and potatoes into your slow cooker.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt half a cup of unsalted butter over medium heat. Add four minced garlic cloves and sauté for about one minute until fragrant and golden. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
  3. Once the garlic is nicely sautéed, stir in one tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce along with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well until everything is combined.
  4. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the beef and potatoes in the slow cooker. Use a wooden spoon to gently stir until the beef and potatoes are well coated in the savory sauce.
  5. Cover the slow cooker with its lid and set it to cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
  6. When your cooking time is complete, check that the beef is fork-tender. Ladle the Garlic Butter Beef Bites into bowls and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
