- Prepare the skillet by coating it with nonstick spray or oil and heating over medium-low for about 2 minutes.
- Heat two slices of meatloaf in the skillet for around 3 minutes on each side until browned and warmed through.
- Spread mayonnaise or yogurt on one side of each bread slice and butter on the other side.

- Assemble the sandwich with melted cheese, warmed meatloaf, and toppings on one slice of bread.
