  • 1/4 cup water to balance sauce
For the Finishing Touches
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil for flavor
  • 2 stalks green onions chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, then cook noodles according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Sauté minced garlic and grated ginger in the skillet for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, and water. Pour into the skillet and stir to coat the beef.
  5. Prepare a cornstarch slurry and add it to the skillet, stirring until the sauce thickens.
  6. Add cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to combine with the beef and sauce.
  7. Drizzle sesame oil and stir in half of the green onions, then heat for another 1-2 minutes.
  8. Serve the noodles garnished with remaining green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
